1. About This Service

This service is operated by 33Ventures Pty Ltd (ACN 701 999 304, trading as Voiceami) ("we", "us", "our"). We provide Classics in Your Voice — a service that uses AI voice twinning to generate personalised audiobook recordings of classic literature in the voice of the person who places the order.

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not place an order.

2. The Service

When you place an order you:

• Record a short voice sample (approximately one minute) via your browser.
• Select classic books or a collection to be narrated in your voice.
• Pay the applicable fee and receive a private download link by email within 14 days of your voice recording being accepted.

The audio files are generated using AI voice twinning technology. The output will closely resemble your recorded voice but is produced synthetically.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the site you order from, and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

• Each title is priced individually. Its price is shown on the title in the library and in your basket before you pay.
• Ordering several titles together earns a multi-title discount, applied automatically and itemised in your basket.
• Returning customers may receive a further discount, and any loyalty points you hold are applied automatically at checkout.
• Additional recipients: sending your recordings to extra people is charged per recipient, at the rate shown at checkout.
• Promotional and gift codes are applied before payment and shown as a separate line.
• The total shown on the checkout page immediately before you pay is the amount you will be charged.

4. Delivery

Your personalised audiobook recordings will be delivered via a private download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. We guarantee delivery within 14 days of your voice recording being accepted. If we ask you to re-record, the 14 days run from the new recording.

If you have not received your download link within 14 days of your recording being accepted, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our product is a digitally delivered, personalised item, we are unable to offer refunds once your audio files have been generated and delivered.

We will, however, offer a full refund or re-generation at no charge if:

• Your download link is not delivered within 14 days of your voice recording being accepted.
• The recordings contain a technical fault (corruption, silence, wrong content).
• The AI-generated audio is clearly and significantly different from the voice sample provided.

To request a refund or re-generation, please contact us within 7 days of your order date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use this service to:

• Record another person's voice without their explicit consent.
• Generate content that is defamatory, abusive, or illegal.
• Resell or redistribute the generated audio files commercially without prior written permission.

The audio files generated are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Intellectual Property

The literary works used are drawn from texts in the public domain. The AI-generated audio recordings created from your voice are owned by you for personal use once delivered.

All other content on this website — including design, copy, software, and branding — remains the intellectual property of Classics and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
